Enrolled acts of the Territorial Council of Revision, 1809-1811.

Includes copies of original acts passed by the Council of Revision (i.e territorial Governor and judges) and filed with the Secretary of the Territory. These acts constitute the official records of the laws of Illinois while a territory of the first grade. Original acts were lost but these copies were reconstructed from published versions that appeared in contemporary St. Louis newspapers.
